style="font-family:宋体">、路面材料强度试验仪中的承载比试验</span></span></p><p style="text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">（</span>1<span style="font-family:宋体">）泡水膨胀量测定</span></span></p><p style="text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">a. <span style="font-family:宋体">试件制成后，取下试件顶面的破残滤纸，放一张好的滤纸，并在其上安放附有调节杆的多孔板，在板上加足够的载荷板，使试件面上的压力等于该材料层上路面的压力。</span></span></p><p style="text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">b. <span style="font-family:宋体">将试筒与多孔底板一起放入水槽内（先不放水），并用拉杆将模具拉紧，安装百分表，并读取chu始读数。</span></span></p><p style="text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">c. <span style="font-family:宋体">向水槽内放水，使水自由进入到试件的顶部和底部，泡水期间，槽内水面应保持在试件上顶面约</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">250mm</span><span style="font-family:宋体">以上，通常试件需泡</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">96</span><span style="font-family:宋体">小时。</span></span></p><p style="text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:宋体">从水槽中取出试件，倒出试件顶面的水，静置</span>15<span style="font-family:宋体">分钟，然后卸去附加载荷的多孔板、底板及滤纸，并称重，计算试件的温度和密度的变化。</span></span></p><p style="font-family:宋体">）路面材料强度试验仪中的贯入试验</span></span></p><p style="text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">a. <span style="font-family:宋体">将泡水试验zhong了的试件放到试验仪的升降台上，在贯入杆周围放置预定数量的载荷板。</span></span></p><p style="text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">b. <span style="font-family:宋体">先在贯入杆上施加</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">4500g </span><span style="font-family:宋体">载荷，然后将测力和测形变的百分表指针调零。</span></span></p><p style="text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">c. <span style="font-family:宋体">在试验仪上安装量程为</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">0~50 kN</span><span style="font-family:宋体">的测力环，调整加载速度为</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">1mm/min,</span><span style="font-family:宋体">并启动试验仪</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">,</span><span style="font-family:宋体">记录测力环内百分表某些整读数 （ 如</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">20</span><span style="font-family:宋体">、</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">40</span><span style="font-family:宋体">、</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">60 </span><span style="font-family:宋体">…）时的贯入量</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">,</span><span style="font-family:宋体">并需注意，使贯入量为</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">2.5 mm</span><span style="font-family:宋体">时，能有</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">5</span><span style="font-family:宋体">个以上的读数。因此测力环百分表的di一个读数应是</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">0.3mm</span><span style="font-family:宋体">左右。</span></span></p><p style="text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">试验结果计算并</span> <span style="font-family:宋体">绘制压力（单位压力）</span>—贯入量曲线，将单位压力作为横坐标，贯入量作为纵坐标，绘制曲线。</span></p><p style="text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">一般采用贯入量为</span>2.5 mm<span style="font-family:宋体">时的单位压力（</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">kPa</span><span style="font-family:宋体">）与标准压力之比作为材料的承载比，因此承载比</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">= </span><span style="font-family:宋体">单位压力</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">/0.7 </span><span style="font-family:宋体">×</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">100% </span><span style="font-family:宋体">，同时计算贯入量为</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">5.0mm</span><span style="font-family:宋体">时的承载比。</span></span></p><p style="text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">如贯入量为</span>5.0mm<span style="font-family:宋体">时的承载比大于</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">2.5mm</span><span style="font-family:宋体">时的承载比，则试验要重做，如结果仍然如此，则采用</span><span style="font-family:Calibri">5.0mm</span><span style="font-family:宋体">时的承载比。</span></span></p><p style="text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">3<span style="font-family:宋体">、路面材料强度试验仪的回弹模量试验</span></span></p><p style="text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%"><span
